The test we did here is called 24 hours Oxalate test.

The lab gave me a 5 litres container and I had to collect all the urine from 6

am to 6am the next day.

My oxalate were very high and so I decided to go on the low oxalate diet but

have not been able to be strict and have been eating nuts and other foods I

shouldn't. My husband loves nuts that why they are always on the table and they

are a temptation for me and I always end up putting a few in my mouth.

That why I have been using Gold Coin Grass and it has been helping me a lot, at

least now I urinate without pain , don't go to the toilet as much as I did and

have a normal flow(not thin anymore).

I will have to have another oxalate test in a few more months to see if the

oxalate have gone down.
