This may sound like an oversimplification, but for someone in a left brained line of work, like programming, and with computer addiction and probably ocd, it's very easy to get left brain all fired up, and that state is I think characterized by disharmony, feeling of your energy field all torn down, hyperactivity, pieces of shallow thoughts chaotically tumbling in the brain, missing the nature but unable to see or absorb it. How to quickly snap oneself out of this state? Normally,takes days to air my brain, need a faster solution.
