I have done the worksheets from the actmindfully site as well as the Happiness workbook. I can see why I dont pay too much attention to my health as that was something I glided by. Yet, if I like stimulating experiences and finacial security my health is important. My health can be seen as a value I should have as it directly effects the other things. Yet, I continue to eat food I shouldnt, lie sweets and exercise is not consitent. Its like I am lazy.
