Since this thread is currently in discussion, I think I will just chime in here. The treatment are usually involved some combination of tools such as the following:1. A combo of fibrinolytic and mucolytic enzymes: Nattokinase, Lumbrokinase, Serrapeptase, or Mucolase.2. Use Lactoferrin to bind up iron.3. Use vitamin K2 to bind up calcium. 4. If magnesium supplement is used, take it hours away from biofilm protocol. Some doctors recommend to stop supplementing iron, calcium and magnesium when on biofilm protocol. 5. Use disodium EDTA to chelate metals in order to punch holes in the biofilm.6. Chitosan is said to inhibit the formation of biofilm. We had some gains using Chitosan in the past.http://www.springerlink.com/content/d1jj063364625865/7. Treat Strep and/or Staph, if these two infections are present. Strep and Staph are particularly capable of producing slime for which other infections can hide within. (The natural alternative (a milder approach) is to use raw, unfiltered apply cider vinegar to replace EDTA, and manuka honey to replace biofilm enzymes.Hope this helps.Limin
