That was pretty cool, anytime I feel like crying again I'll watch it:-) Makes

all my little gripes seem rather foolish.

A wonderful story and the most moving rendition of Imagine I've ever heard. My

eyes were wet with tears at the end of it.

I've downloaded it to my Desktop so that I can watch it whenever I need some

inspiration.

Cheer,

Stan

Yes, it is so inspiring that after what he gone through he has found

such peace and happiness, but what is is even more inspiring is that he

did not accept everything that life threw at him and faught with

everything he had to get something he really wanted. A bit like me.

I can see all the holes in my argument now, but we are all really talking about

the same thing, it is just how we word it that makes it sound different.

All the best,

Lovely, simply lovely. The story behind the story is of Moira , see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moira__%28humanitarian%29She's a wonderful woman with a heart as big as Emmanuel's talent. She runs the Children First Foundation, see http://www.childrenfirstfoundation.com/moirakelly.aspxA very worthy endeavor, well worth everyone's support.Regards,Detlef>> > Here's an inspiring story about acceptance and living a valued life. What I take from this, , is not that it diminishes our pain or invalidates our experience in any way, but that there is the possibility of acceptance of whatever comes our way, in spite of it all, and of our ability to make room for whatever comes, and yet find a moment of joy in even the bleakest of circumstances.Warm regards,Detlef> >> > > > Here's an inspiring story about acceptance and living a valued life. We are all in a mess on my PSSD site, and then someone posted a Youtube clip of

a very beautiful Scandinavian man who was so very happy. But then the camera

panned away and we saw that all he had was a torso with no arms, legs, or groin,

but guess what, he loved surfing and was thorougly enjoying his life.

Well, it didnt inspire me very much and I ended up just feeling even more

guilty. Perhaps PSSD with its emotional numbness and loss of pleasure in things

isn't so bad after all, although those of us with PSSD really hate this. But it

is all relative, I guess.

I understand acceptance and I'm getting used to it, but my childhood promise me

so many beautiful and lovely things, which I'm still in love with, so I will not

give up searching. Well, not yet anyway.

I'm going for the stars.
