Guest guest
I had never heard of a Zafu so am very unlikely to come across information about ACT courses this way!! If I hadn't been crossing the Atlantic in a couple of weeks time I might have been able to get to Dumfries - not too far for me at all. Irony! So just wondering how does one find out about such courses without stumbling on cushions:-) ? S.
