Stool test : exophiala Fungus found : please help

Hi All,

My son had the fungus test. It took like 28 days for the results to return and is positive for fungus. What does it mean and how can this be treated.?

Test Result :

1. Few saccharomyces cerevisiae

2. Growth of exophiala species

Test name :

Stool Fungus (Mycology) Culture
