Inability to fall asleep at night on new bartonella protocol

After 3 years of lyme/bartonella/babesia protocols, my son's bartonella hensalae

tests came back high positive IGM and IGG. So, we are trying new meds and I can

see a positive response already (finally potty trained for bowel movements on

the 2nd day of meds- yippee!)

BUT, he can no longer fall asleep at night. I also see increase in PANDAS

behaviors which we are simulaneously treating. We are using melatonin and

magnesium and epsom salt baths.

Any other ideas? He is driving me crazy. I am tired.
