OT and CrPost: dog with lyme, and limping

Hi all,

My 8.5 y/o dog just finished a 30 day round of doxycycline. His personality has come back, however physically he has not. He is limping, first it was one paw, now it's his hindquarters too. I am wondering if die off from the doxy is causing a herx for him? I have an appt Monday at the vet, however I hoped some lyme expert here would know something about lyme in animals.
