That sounds like a lot of fun.  From my position, any positive relationship is a good or even a great thing.Have you been looking for him?

Does anyone ever forget their first boyfriend or first girlfriend, no matter how much time passes?

This week, I have reconnected with my very first boyfriend - from when we were 12 years old.  What made us " boyfriend and girlfriend " back in the day is that we spent our recesses together at school, looking at each other and talking - and passing forbidden notes to each other in class.  That was enough to get us teased mercilessly.

Well, decades later, I finally got his email address and emailed him yesterday.  He emailed me back.  I am so excited to reconnect with him - and I know that's so silly - and I don't know why I am so excited.  He lives across the country; I'm in Pennsylvania and he's in Washington state.  But I think it's the idea of making the connection that is so important to me.  And that is what I've been pursuing as one of my values.  Had I not been open to it, I would have never reconnected with him; my baby steps put everything in motion.  Thanks, ACT.

Well, I was not exactly looking for him, but I have been asking about him often through the years, but no one knew anything until now. It's really a hoot to go back that far (I'm 65) and find out that you still having feelings for someone from the 6th grade! Really shows the power of connection and how it transcends time.
