Guest guest Posted August 10, 2011 Report Share Posted August 10, 2011 I have continued to read the book " Get out of YOur Mind " , I am trying to grasp whether I stop doing things that no longer serve me or have I got stuck in pattern. If I value good health, and there is a water class I can go to but dont make the attempt becuase I am tired or several other reasons I can come up with then I am not taking action on my values. That is unless I find something else I would like to do that would be a value to my health. The book goes on to say that your mind just comes up with these excuses and you may need to take steps to do something just becuase to break the pattern.
