Guest guest
OK, I've pretty much accepted that there is nobody doing ACT therapy locally. So is there a specialty I should pick that would be sort of close? Lots of therapists in my area do CBT and/or Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Should I try one of them? I really feel like ACT is very different from much the therapy I have experienced. If there are any professionals on here who could give me guidance, I'd appreciate it.
