Guest guest
Hello, just wanted to share will you all that I have finished my first Values and Goals Worksheet. (as in The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety by Forsyth and Eifert). I will be now doing my new Worksheet to continue in my journey of growing and learning to be with my value of "freedom of movement". I will just add part of the conclusion I have met in this period. take care all, tread gently XXXConclusions: - That you have to go through your own growing pains.- No book or person can give you what your own experience can.- That having anxiety doesn't mean you are failing- That you can get better at the skill of acceptance by practice and more practice- That I can and have learnt to stay with myself (for some time anyway) when in pain and scared.- That anxiety and struggle is not the same. (I had a lot more struggle than anxiety, not knowing this was keeping my ill)______________________Signature: Mrs Em Equanimity This is my personal blog where I record my experience applying Acceptance Commitment Therapy to my anxiety and agoraphobia in particular, and my life in general.
