Re: ACT study group in Los Angelea area ... Interested?

I do ACT group in LB at the VA I believe we can all help one another .... just as this listserv proves. In person in a small group can be good.

Contact with a psychologist would help as well ... at some point ... lest sharing not conducive (sp?) to a good group experience.

Thats great .... if you are a professional you might help facilitate ... I am

not thinking about a group where participants pay money ... other than

contributions

We can see how this gels on our ACT listserv and then do some group emails ...

and of course seek guidance and advice from .
