Question for those dealing with PANDAS

I have a question for those of you that have dealt with tics and/or seizures

related to PANDAS. When you treat with antibiotics or herbals, do you see an

increase in tics/seizures before you see a decrease? Or do you simply see a

decrease?

I ask because when I'm still dealing with seizures in my son - whenever we try a

new treatment, it seems to increase seizures, but then (I THINK) they then

decrease.
