Guest guest
So good to hear from you and that you're doing better! Thanks for stopping by. I haven't been active here for a while, and I'm not sure if you remember me. Anyway. Doing better, and I have started thinking differently about things. I don't know if it is because of ACT, but it's always there in the back of my head, and it is what I think about when things get messy. Workability, being present and holding feelings. It's easy to say when I am doing a little better. I have started attending a therapy group, and I find myself talking about ACT-related topics during meetings. When I listen to others talk about their problems, I also think about ACT. A therapy group like this probably has a different psychological approach to dealing with problems than ACT, but I feel like I need the social training. These days I handle social situations quite well, but I have problems with close relations. I'll stop there for now. Maybe I'll post some more in the future, seeing that I think a lot about ACT.HÃ¥kon.
