which of these kill good bacteria?

I am curious as to which of the following kill good bacteria:

oil of oregano

olive leaf extract

clarkia

samento

In trying to research this I have come up with conflicting opinions.

Or, does yeast flare up when you use some of these simply because there are less

bacteria to compete with?
