Guest guest
Language is so much fun. Maybe it depends upon what you want to do, daydream or see the sunset? Both seem like valid choices...assuming they are choices...D I'm wondering about how being present in the moment works with the observing self. With me, I've got a lot of observing going on but very little engaged presence. I would like to lose myself in activities and fully feel my emotions. But this seems in contradiction to standing back and observing what's going on. It seems like the latter makes me kind of a spectator of my life rather than a participant but it seems like that's what ACT is encouraging me to do. However, ACT is also encouraging me to fully live my life. So I'm a little confused. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
