Thank you so much - 's post on sitting on your hands, along with

the idea of the ACT bicycle have both been so helpful.

I tried going through some older threads on the Yahoo boards but am

finding navigation difficult. Does anyone have any suggestions on how

to sort old posts? Do people save older messages somehow? Just

wondering.
