Guest guest
Thank you so much - 's post on sitting on your hands, along with the idea of the ACT bicycle have both been so helpful. I tried going through some older threads on the Yahoo boards but am finding navigation difficult. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to sort old posts? Do people save older messages somehow? Just wondering. > Hi Esther, > >> What is the " sitting on your hands " in reference to? > > Here is a link to the message where posted about that: > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ACT_for_the_Public/message/4892 > >> And yet how do you find that balance?
