Guest guest
You're right Heidi. I feel for the moms of the adults who didn't have the Internet or incredible support of focused moms and dads that we have here. Tami DuncanReiki Practitioner - www.tamiduncan.com LIA Foundation - www.liafoundation.org What autism taught me was that I was lied to alot. I now see people and the world very differently. It made me dig deep into the why's of the world instead of just being blissfully cycling in the busyness of life. I think it only took a few days of research to make me feel shocked to my bones at how unaware I was. The autism recovery journey taught me to view everything different, from shopping to the news. I look at everything differently now because now I know things that I never took the time to learn before - things I wish were not true. I can't imagine my life had the Internet not been invented to assist me on this journey. It would have been awful. Love and prayers,Heidi N>> In honor of Autism Awareness Month I'm taking a new twist on it. What has > autism taught me? Please send your comments to the bottom of the page > after you've read it.
