I just purchased buffered ascorbic acid from pure encapsulations because I read here somewhere about the benefits of buffered C. Also where do you get magnesium citrate powder without the stearates and lead? I have been using Sonne#7 as a cleanse but someone suggested ZEOLITE instead as it does not get absorbed by the intestines. Now I have it but am not sure of dozing for 130 lb boy and what time of the day - away from food and vitamins?
