If your question is directed at me...I just started taking it, not sure if it is

helping yet or not (although I am a bit better than I was four days ago I am not

yet willing to say its the MSM). I started taking it for two reasons. First is

that it has been used with burn patients and has been shown to soften and

breakdown scar tissue. I figure if it can break it down on the outside, it can

break it down on the inside. The surgery I had in July was for entrapped nerves

due to scar tissue plus my TC so I figure anything I can do to undo or prevent

scar tissue (non-invasively)  is good. Secondly, I have a lot of arthritis. I

have broken almost every bone in my body, some numerous times. My neck is just

eaten up with it and of course my spine, hips, hands etc. Typically, because it

is less severe than my TC and Pudendal Neuralgia pain, I dont think much about

it, just used to it.

However, about two weeks ago my arthritis pain went WAY up. I thought I had

just overdone but it continues. I think it is related to lack of estrogen from

having the hysterectomy in Jan. I really dont want to go on HRT although I am

going to try a natural product. From what I read MSM makes you less sensitive to

pain. I have a lot of pain from a lot of things so the less sensitive to it the

better :)
