Guest guest
Great stuff, Detlef, you've got real spirit and character. I hope you start to come through this soon and get the life you want. Sometimes our paths to better health take many twists and turns, so don't lose hope, despite some painful backward steps that occur from time to time (like too much alcohol). Tonight for me it will be some OTC painkillers which are very mild - hence they are legal without prescription -and so I shall get a restful l sleep for once (wow!). Tomorrow is my pub night (The Fox and Hounds) with my girlfriend. When pain it is chronic - ie, you can go for months, or years, without let up - you can't help but slip sometimes.
