Hi Thane,

I was actually not aware that methylation support needs to be added for a while

before starting butyrate. In our case, my son was taking phospholipids

(together with B12 and folate) to support the " short-cut " from homocysteine to

go back to methionine for a couple of years before adding butyrate. I cannot

say for sure if he might experience regression if not following this order.
