Hi, Krrassii recently went to Dr K's seminar.. he recommends taking tonsils out.. I was speaking to one of the young doctors who were assisting him.. who happened to be an L.ac (acupuncture) and i asked them what they thought of it as i myself was stunned by such a recommendation as TCM sees tonsils as extension of kidney energy, when something is going wrong w the tonsils TCM talks about them as the red indication light in the car.. so taking them out.. would horrify any TCM practitioner. So the young doctor just looked down and mumbled..it was against her training.. On the other hand - what does one do? .. if it was me.. my experiences, ample i am afraid, i would write and ask for a suggestion/giving symptomology to DrMao who is called in LA DrWow..my old (he is early 40s) Dr when i lived in LA: www.askdrmao.com . TCM includes western concepts of kidney, adrenals, hormones, brain, bone.. would be kind of nice if one had it as God designed it.. no extra parts..sorry, i know, it must sound annoying to hear this.. Regarding taking the tonsils out, has been a big debate. As DR K. Recommended

the same for our son. DR K's would like our kids to keep their tonsils, but as

far as I know no one in the USA lasers tonsils like they do in Germany. Using

Laser would leave the tonsils in and healthy but it can take up to 3 treatments

( if you live there or can stay in Germany for months that is a wonderful way to

go).

And because the tonsils are such a source of holding strep infection, tonsils

sit just under the brain, this causes our kids so many problems neurologically

as well as their immune system, behavioral issues and so much more.

For years we tried it all, doing Yasko protocols, herbs, homeopathic remedies,

IVIG, acupunture, & antibiotics forever; I had to move forward to get my son

healthier.

I agree we were not designed to take out organs, they all have a function. We

were also designed to live without some organs, and people can go on and live a

healthy life.

Do what you can.

Also know that the tonsils hold strep, hold your child's progress back, along

with behavioral issues, growth in many areas, and even their mental well being;

I think it also has affected my son's over all body growth, because so many

years he did not want to eat much, and that was a huge issue. When the strep

went down, his appetite went up! This is just my own impression, that strep or

any serious bacterical infections, cause our kids

to be Anorexic .

I wished I could get back the years my son lost ~ because the on going strep in

his body

that we just never could get rid of.

My son's tonsils are out now. I am told by the DR's office that it will take

2-4 months

to see the final results of post healing.
