Guest guest
Keep pushing fluids, drink cranberry juice & lemon juice to make your system more acid. Replace electrolytes, and minerals. Avoid Vitamin C, that can bother the kidneys if your not getting enough fluids. Chorella tablets could help too. If the pain does not let up, you may want to consider an xray of your kidneys, to rule out any stones. IF you decide to do the DMPS later, I would only do that once a month. Allie > > I've developed some kidney pain on both sides of my lower back after self injecting small doses of DMPS several times a week for a couple weeks. At first I wondered if the pain was an accumulation of metals since i've also been taking larger dose of The Core than usual, so I did another small injection of DMPS and now my kidneys are more sore/inflammed feeling than ever. I'm now reading that DMPS can damage the kidneys. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Do I just wait till they feel better? I dont think i'll be going back to the DMPS any time soon. Thanks for any thoughts. > > -Thane >
