Epsom Salts can be used almost dry as a kind of exfoliating scrub too, kinda dry but dampened a little; for adults or carefully monitored children; then the salt could just be washed off in bathwater for a thrifty soak. Dr. Brownstein says the Fukushima radiation is in groundwater most places now; see his blog on his website for natural systems protection. To:

In addition to the Magnesium - or Espon salt baths.

The chorinated pools are hard on the thyroid as well, so you may need to use some idoine

to balance the thyroid as well.

low levls so far bu eveyone should be on exra iodine according to Dr. B; even so that would not take care of the other rad elements; best to stay in touch with the dr. newsletters covering this. To: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Sent: Tue, June 14, 2011 1:38:41 AMSubject: Re: Re: chlorine- epsoms also Fukushima rad update

Rainwater also contained fairly high levels radiation in most areas of the US. So Im sure it is in pools from rain water. This is another reason (outside of chlorine) why I'm not anxious for my son to have the pool time this summer that he needs for swim practice, etc. You can see some of the lab results (for water, air and food) on http://www.epa.gov/narel/radnet/ What is discouraging is that EPA has now discontinued their rad monitoring. Dairy products contain some of the highest levels. Another website I found recently for the bay area is UCB's Nuclear Engineering program. Someone on one of their forums mentioned that Sonnes #7 (liquid bentonite clay) can be helpful for washing produce which

is also showing rad in our area (see lab results on this site) http://www.nuc.berkeley.edu/node/4459 I heard recently from my LLND and another Doctor that chelation will help in lowering radiation levels as well (I tested moderately high for uranium last yr). this is somewhat encouraging to me after seeing the levels that are now in our environment.blessings~To:

best to subscribe to the nl so you can see the history; he talks about 12.5 mg per day Iodoral for adults as minimal protection ONLY FOR rad. iodine; for the other elements he has other suggestions, as do the other dr. sites one should be sub'd to by now; there are others, just do not have a list To: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Sent: Tue, June 14, 2011 12:16:03 PMSubject: Re: Re: chlorine- epsoms also Fukushima rad update
