How much cinnamon were you taking to help with your ulcer? Mine is pretty bad at

times, I cannot even walk or stretch my body from pain.

Thank you Olga. I have found it interesting, that not alot of isopathic remedies have been discussed here.

I think there really is a science to it.

Beagelsen is amazing..and he really does practice what he preaches about structure.

Mucokhel drains, and it opens. its suppposed to be very healing remedy. thank you.

Also, DGL by pure can be healing for the tissues.

My doctor told me to calm it first (mine was very bad) i felt like i was waddling everywhere from the pain of it.

if you live near an herbal store you can make a tea from bulk herbs..like licorice, marshmellow root, slippery elm.

slippery elm really is very coating for it.

some people can heal it with zinc , and carnosine, and others use mastic gum.

i had some results with candibactin by metagenics. it uses berberine and some others chinese coptis, to clear the heat..

I put a heaping tablespoon in a glass of milk and drank it on a empty stomach.

I then repeated this the next day and next day. I never got the burning/spasm

pain again. (I had the pain off and on for many years, mostly on if I drank any

alcohol or ate spicy foods.) I did try cinnamon capsules and tried taking

smaller amounts of cinnamon, like on food. Neither worked. It had to be a lot,

not in a capsule and not mixed with food. It also made me tired, unless I took

it first thing in morning. Weird. I think I read that it lowers blood sugar

and blood pressure, but somehow it didn't effect me only if I took it in the

morning. If I took cinnamon in the afternoon, I would have to nap. Anyhow, I

did eat like an hour after I took the glob of it in milk.

Wow, you guys are wealth of information! I really appreciate discussing this

although it is OT, because I never found the time to do any research in the

alternative medicine field for my ulcer problems (I was prescribed long time ago

some rx, but I never really used it because I am such an opponent now of the

Western medicine drugs that I prefer to be in pain than take it, I know it

sounds probably stupid). I will definitely give it a try to some of the

recommendations.
