Guest guest
I was in touch with Marty last year because I wanted to know more about the treatment her son was having in Costa Rica and this is the information she gave me: The treatment is done by a German clinic. It cost $15.000 per treatment . The client need to travel to Costa Rica I think twice a year for further treament as this is not one off thing. Marty saw some improvements in her son, but I am not sure if he was cured as when I contacted her she has only done one or two treaments I think. This is a very expensive therapy and not sure if they give reasurence that it will be the cure people are looking for. Guest guest
Hi Olga, Have you talked with her recently? Since that time, Marty has had two more stem cell treatments for her son. Now he has had three. I see him often and know that he has made great improvements. I am even questioning myself if he still has autism. I did not know him before his first stem cell treatment though. However, I knew him after his first. The clinic is now in Panama. I think the first treatment is what you quoted, and each successive treatment goes down. I have thought of treatments for my daughter but the cost is prohibitive. There is another stem cell method some people are doing now which costs much less. It is with your body's own cellulose. The price range is about 6500. So still expensive. Guest guest
Hi, Sara would you happen to know a specific clinic that does this less expensive stem cell therapy treatment? I would love to start getting resources together and watching what progress people make, while getting ready for treatment. My daughter i think has underlying Lyme , i had a tic bite at age 9.. Thank you, Olga A. > > > > > > www.CellMedicine.com > > > > > > > > > This is the link that i have received .. no other information. Guest guest
Hi Sara, No I have no been in touch with her since then. We are in Australia and she emailed me lots of information as well as a youtube video of her son (he was driving a mini-car in their backyard), he seemed quite good to me back then, but she said that he still had a few problems that needed to be addressed, perhaps all those issues are gone by now. So far I have not heard other stories of autistic kids using this treatment(maybe because of the cost), but it will be good to find out if other people have use it and what success rate they achieved. Guest guest
Olga, I don't know the names of the clinics. If you ask Marty, she will know. She is up to date on the latest research and happenings in stem cell. Sara > > > > > > > > www.CellMedicine.com > > > > > > > > > > > > This is the link that i have received .. no other information. Guest guest
Tammy that may be the one my friend Marty told me about. Not 100% sure though.... Guest guest
Olga, I only know second-hand that Dr. Jackelyn McCandless' grandaughter did stem cell just recently (in the last few months). I don't know the results. You might try to reach her. I also heard Dr. Bradstreet is offering that treatment now. You could check - he has a blog. They are both DAN docs. Sorry I don't have more specific info, but again, Marty could help you on that Sara > > > > > > > > > > www.CellMedicine.com > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > This is the link that i have received .. no other information. Guest guest
Dr. from Dominican Republic has the yahoo group StemCellDR and the stem cell treatment there is around $6500 (including hotel cost and food I think). The problem is that he is using adipose stem cells and many kids don't have enough fat to get these stem cells. Otherwise there are people already who report very good results, so I am also keeping this as an option. Guest guest
Our son just had the stem cell transplant just over 2 weeks ago. He is doing fantastic. For the first time in his 18 years of life I can say he is finally poop trained ... He is talking more and clearer. He is beginning to make conversational chat and he is initiating talking ... He is learning rapidly things that never before made sense to him .. It has been an awesome treatment for our child Melinda > > > > > > > > > > www.CellMedicine.com > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > This is the link that i have received .. no other information. Guest guest
Melinda: Please give us details, such as which clinic, doctor, and what makes a child a good candidate for such a treatment? Can you tell us about the procedure? I am curious if stem cells help with infection issues, skewed immune system issues, or genetics. Love and prayers, Heidi N > > > > > > > > > > > > www.CellMedicine.com > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > This is the link that i have received .. no other information. Guest guest
Heidi, The best way to get information about the clinic where I did my sons transplant is to join this yahoo group. I don't mean to be illusive, but they prefer to screen potential clients and give out the information themselves for security reasons.. (link is below) I can say that my son is experiencing miracles .. He is still , a child with severe autism, but every single day he is doing new things that just the day before seemed impossible for him to accomplish. Karissa is correct ... they use your child's adipose (fat) cells. They do a mini liposuction and remove the stem cells that way ... so your child has to have enough extra fat in order to extract that. We had to put on about 10 pounds on our son in order for him to qualify. It took us a few months to do so ... He loved all the extra gfcf donuts, cookies and mayo... LOL Our son still very much has autism ... however what we are seeing is that he is getting less and less so and more and more aware of his environment. Just yesterday we went out for a walk with his therapist. He looked her straight in the face and said, I don't want to walk. Sun is in my eyes. I can't say what a shock that was ... he never says why he doesn't want to do something ... he just refuses. It was a starting point for teaching him that the sun doesn't have to be in his eyes, that he could simply wear his ball cap to block the sun out... He is also doing things like answering questions ... Do you want type questions .... and making decisions .. things he has never done before in his life. We ask him now ... what do you want for breakfast and we can actually expect an answer. Always before that was a rhetorical question that never recieved an answer. Other things we are seeing is more attempts at correct verbalizations .... and he is putting on his clothes correctly for the first time. He is also for the first time starting to interact with and enjoy playing with his toys ... actually asking us to interact with him. As you can see our son is extremely delayed in all areas of his development ... but he is making HUGE strides now. He is putting puzzles together now ... he is simply seeming to truly be with us. It is so encouraging to watch how fast he is developing. Yesterday for the first time since his vacinne injury he enjoyed having a story read to him and was even quoting some of the lines from the story afterwards. He is naming colors and letters for the first time ... Just daily small miracles are adding up to huge ones.
