Guest guest
if it was my 17 year old, I would remind him, that DOCTOR said he has Lyme and then tell him more about how it might turn out if not treated when symptoms are minimal, would show him Under your skin movie, found youtube vifeos etc. Lots of info, so he would see for himself, how bad it could turn out. Good luck, Dina. > > Hi all, > I am a memeber of these groups about lyme and autism for my autistic son, bit I am writing for my 17 y/o typical son. Noticed today he had weird rashes on him.. made appt to have it checked. Told them he had been sick for 2 weeks. The P.A. thinks it;s lyme, and gave us a 21 day rx of doxycycline. She also had him to a blood test for lyme. I will have a VERY difficult time to get him to take ANYTHING beyond the rx.. " I will only take what the DOCTOR tells me to take... " Aaah, to be 17. Guest guest
Lyme that is not adequately treated (until all symptoms are resolved for at least 1-2 months, 2 months for chronic stage) then there can be serious consequences, such as swollen joints, Bell’s Palsy (which distorts the face), and cognitive problems such as memory loss (which can make someone look stupid or dumb). I am working on a PhD and I feel very stupid when I have trouble remembering names that I have known for years. I know that I am not stupid, but I do feel that way when my brain is not working like I expect it to work. This can be a very real concern if the infection(s) are not treated correctly. Another concern is that Lyme is not the only tick-borne infection that causes a rash.  Bartonella is another infection that causes a rash and the antibiotics that are effective against that are not effective or prescribed for Lyme disease. Something to consider if the rash is not a typical bull’s eye rash. Guest guest
...At DrK's last seminar in May he said that he is now thinking that environment is what is causing the problem.. he was talking about Lyme.. that we had this bug for millenniums.. and we are NOW getting so sick from it... he thinks EMF is causing a lot of problems..he is wearing shirts and underwear made from fabric saturated w silver, curtains of the same fabric..so it is Terrain, Terrain, Terrain.. At the seminar for practitioners there was a person showing their products: a " tent " that goes above the bed protecting from EMF, he recommends switching off electricity at night..protecting immune system.. For me it sounds right because i had a tic bite and a bulls rash at age 9 ,now 54 , i have always been healthy, athletic.. got ill after severe prolonged stress and mold exposure.. cannot quite recover..Fukushima and nuclear issue is understated .. Kids often eat badly.. school lunches ((( i think one has to look at every aspect of life... I was in my little town square.. my nuclear alert on my key chain started going off!! (not inside the bank sitting by computer..) , Priuses.. 1/2 electric - EMF.. IPads.. Guest guest
I do think that electrosmog is much of the problem, but I do not think we have had these bugs forever. I think our current medical practices have encouraged us to "be exposed to more things" and some things have evolved, either by man's involvement or by natural evolution to make them more virulent. I also think that we have many more toxins now than ever. Gone are wood, stone and mud products, replaced with products with gobs of chemicals in them. We breathe in chemicals every day just from being in our own homes. Also, kids are in the house playing electrosmog video games instead of running in the sun and fresh air. Back in the day, when kids spent their childhoods outside, they grew out of some symptoms. Today, they sit inside all day, growing into symptoms. But, there is much more to all this. Children are falling between 1 and 3 years of age, and this must be from pathogens. But, the toxins and electrosmog are likely making their bodies not fight these pathogens. But, then again, the pathogens make their bodies not tolerate the toxins, and the toxins make their body not tolerate electrosmog. I don't think it matters which came first, since either one causes the other. I wish I knew more about electrosmog exposure prevention. Electrosmog is still a big problem for me. I have heard some people post on the forums that chelation helped them tolerate electrosmog better. I read here and there about electrosmog devices, but have not been able to put a plan together. With silver, don't you just bounce the electrosmog back. I think that something to diffuse electrosmog is better. I hear chicken wire can diffuse it and is in some walls. My mother, at 40, started getting ill around electrosmog, and now me. So, I wonder why we could tolerate it until then. I use to could talk on a cell phone no problem. Now, I get spacey and a headache for about a half a day from just 3 minutes on a cell phone. So, there is something in my body that changed that makes me more vulnerable now. I wish I could learn more about electrosmog protection. People talk alot about it, but I am not hearing any benefits from using particular products. I use to scan the electrosmog forums, but still could not figure things out. Guest guest
Heidi, you are absolutely right and ask good questions: dr K wonders the same.. does not have an answer yet.. I walked into the contraption of that fabric that is supposed to protect from EMF - it works.. i am a meditator.. i could feel how my energy immediately started flowing differently..was stunning.. very differently - my third eye opened up, heart chakra..I have no details on the clothes but will be speaking to DrK's office tomorrow and will be asking. I recently read an article about baby mortality increased in .. forget, i think in Philadelphia..researchers think it is from EMF/radiation..the most vulnerable.. yes it has become one if the issues one has to actually deal with. DrK suggests that we take weekly baths with Epsom salt and baking soda.. apparently helps to take radiation out, switch off all electricity at night. Yes, doing monthly cleansing protocols are not unreasonable anymore.wow. Olga > > I do think that electrosmog is much of the problem, but I do not think > we have had these bugs forever.
