Olga - Our doc does not suggest anything cultured/fermented. I do like the idea of fatty meats in chicken, beef ok too? I just bought avocados so we will try that next. Are you watching out for oxalates in your diet?Son has been casein free since 9 yrs old. He is now 18. Scared to try it out due to aggression. Do you recommend sardines? That has some good fat too? We also use sea salt freely in his diet. Give fruits and vegetables in 3 servings each. We give 5-6 small meals daily. Protein measured at 6-8 oz in 2 servings. Thanks. If your son does not like avocado perhaps you can make milkshake to disguise it.I use coconut milk to make milkshake. I normally buy the fresh coconuts for the water and use the flesh to make the milk.I hope this help, but if you have any question please don't hesitate to ask.Olga> > >> > > Very kind of you to share your mom's recipes, Karla. Fransel,

Í can't recommend any specific food for your son as what it might be good for my

two boys might not be for your son.

The only way is by trying and see how he reacts(positive or negative) that how I

have done everything with my two kids and fortunatelly all I have seen is good

results.

In regards to what doctors have told me about diet and supplements I always took

it with a grain of salt and did what I felt it was right for me and my family,

as I know my body better than a doctor and also I know my kids better than any

doctor and spend most of the time with them .

A doctor only see the patient once in a blue moon but the parents see their kids

everyday therefore in my opinion the parent is th best one to decide what to

give and what not to give to their kid according to their observation of

symptoms and behaviour.

Our kids are so badly nourished due to so many dietary restrictions that their

body and mind can't thrive.

In our case I recovered one of my boys only after I started feeding him

properly, detoxified him naturaly and made many changes in our life style.

Unfortunately my 11 years old is not yet fully recovered but still is doing

well, has en excellent behaviour at school and home, sleep and eat very well,

but I feel that I need to do more for him to achieve the academic success his

younger brother has achieved.

Not all kids are the same and some require a different aproach and treatment and

that is what I am working out.

Try as many things as you think may help your son without caring about what a

doctor or parent said, it is up to you, and observe how your kid goes with it,

only then you can tell if it is bad or good for him, but if you never try you

will never know.

But remember try one thing at a time and do it for at least a week, keep a dairy

of the time you have given it to him and waht symptoms/behaviour he is

displaying after the adminstration of the product/supplement/food then you can

decide if it is wise to continue giving it to him or not.

Good luck.

and it could be because it is raw and cultured.

Hello Fransel,

I feel for you but remember you are not alone we are all here to help each

other. I have 13 years old never improve no matter what I did until I address

the parasite but still have a lot of issue.

I want to tell you a story was just like your son . The child was 14 to 15 and

we took him several hospitals and they couldn't help him even though they did a

lot of testing you name it everything was okay.

We call his old DAN doctor and he send the family to do a blood work and he saw

something they couldn't see all those hospitals which was his iron was high and

was touching his brain. he give the family something to reduce the iron and give

them rispedol too . The child is doing well and continue to improve. no violence

since then and before dad has to stay home to protect the mom. I know is rough

time for you but you can do it and we will help. I do not to interfere your

decision but I am worry about if you take a group home things will change you

willn't get more time to help him beside they will give him medication until

they control like a dog. Try MMS in this summer do protocol 2000 and 3000 and do

LOD diet at same time make sure you balance his electrolyte . see this summer

and don't give him anything else just MMS every hour I can e-mail you the

protocol and do with him it will help you too to be strong so many area. That

is what I am going to do this summer. Everything we try have a pumping road but

it will get better we need to be strong. God help us all I will pray for you and

all of us who struggle with autism and lyme.

Good Luck,

Idman
