RR is given this way: only two drops from the store bottle per 2 or 4 oz. bottle of purified water dilution. Then from the second bottle, only one or two drops of RR dilution per full glass of water. Alcohol evaporates. Never give straight from bottle. It can calm the system, and a calm system can tend toward freedom from inflammation. Your call. RR is all about allowing the body to balance itself, and calming the emotions can do that. The LLMD apparently does not get the concept. I put 4 drops of liquid tincture in 8oz water. So you say add 2 drops in 4oz water in one glass then mix 2 drops in another glass with 8oz water. We do both i give 2 or 3 drops in a half a glass of water every morning and then 4 drops if my daughter is havng a hartime at some point during the day.
