Thanks Heidi. My consult is a ways away..so its hard when you get results like that.

I did find however, it can be anything from food allergies cuasing irritation in the gallbladder to parasites.

or a virus.

I realize the latter part about what you said, andi often find that to be true as well..

I have felt for a long time my liver is a large part of my digestion issues , anyway thanks!

Re: Mitochondrial antibodies/Limin?

Sounds like you have a knowledgeable doc. Since he knew which tests to

run, he will probably give you a good explanation on how the results tie

in to his views. Keep in mind that it is thought that most of abnormal

lab tests are thought to be able to return to normal when pathogens and

toxins are significantly reduced. So, much of it may not be a permanent

thing.

Love and prayers,

Heidi N

I just recieved my labs were my mitochondrial antibodies are up..(M2)

Evidently there are two mito tests, smooth muscle and m2.

My smooth muscle is ok, but my m2 is up..indicating liver issues..the

results say its found in people with primary biliary cirrhosis.

Has anyone heard of such a thing?

any help would be soo appreciated.

Misty
