Mitochondrial antibodies/Limin?

I just recieved my labs were my mitochondrial antibodies are up..(M2)

Evidently there are two mito tests, smooth muscle and m2.

My smooth muscle is ok, but my m2 is up..indicating liver issues..the results

say its found in people with primary biliary cirrhosis.

Has anyone heard of such a thing?

any help would be soo appreciated.
