son very strong, bites bad and nails v.sharp

Hi All

My son is very strong physically. He will be 4 in 2 months. Sometimes I cannot handle him.

He bites occasionally and it pains very badly. He has sharp teeth. Can we do anything about his teeth with dentist.

His nails grow a little bit and they are v.sharp.

Does this mean anything biologically ?

Please let me know guys.
