Krassi,

You mentioned in a previous post that your son was having larger doses of THE

CORE? is that correct?

This has been my latest experience with THE CORE: When I take two daily (one

with breakfast and one with dinner) I feel good, but when I increased the dose

to 4 I feel very bad: I get a terrible reflux, acid coming up to my throat and

can't sleep, burping often and feel very agitated.

I wonder if this is the cause for your son behaviour.

perhaps you may like to try to cut down on THE CORE dose to see if he feels

better.

Krassi,

That is exactly what happen my son, didn't sleep for long time until midnight or

up to 2. I start giving him 2 cap valerian root and 1 cap 3mg of melatonin pure

incapsulations almost a month he sleeps as soon as he goes and woke up around

8:30 a.m.

Olga,

You are right – it seems that my son was going through too big detox reaction

and that's what was causing his refusing to go to bed until midnight and seizure

like movements, which I guess I will never understand what was exactly. As per

the doctor recommendation I stopped some of the detox (I was giving him way too

many supplements for detox), now CORE is lowered to 4 capsules (as compared with

6 capsules per day prior to that) and I increased the liver support and water

intake that has the electrolyte drink and minerals inside. Yesterday I already

saw some better behavior – my son was much calmer and happier again, he even

gave his first kiss and hug to his sister which melted my heart and he went to

bed around 9:30pm and fell asleep, which was nice surprise because I haven't

seen him going that early for the past 1-2 months.

I guess I learned my lesson, but it was one of these really hard lessons.

Idman,

I gave also one of the nights quarter tablet of Melatonin (meaning only 0.75mg)

to my son and he slept better, but I was hesitant to give him again the next

night because I didn't know if this is OK. Do you know how many days in a raw is

OK to give Melatonin? I was surprised how effective it was, because my son also

slept much much better when he had this dosage.
