Guest guest
Just want to inform you that I have unfortunately seen a lot of pinworms in my day, and they have always been totally white. Love and prayers, Heidi N > > I have been treating my son for 3 months on both an herbal protocol AND on prescription meds (alinia, ivermectin + pyrantel pomoate, albenza) and just 2 days after stopping the protocol, I found another worm. > > I found it just as my 4.5 year old son took off his pajamas and his diaper this morning. He bent over and I saw a worm near his anus. I grabbed it and gave it a careful inspection. It is mostly white, almost 1/2 inch long, but it has a black end with 3 rings around it. The black takes up about 1/4 of it's length. > > If it were all white, I would have said it was a pinworm, but I don't think it is. Guest guest
Hi Caryn,Just so, brainstorming, my opinion is that many of our kids fight multiple infections and infestations because, good as many treatments might be, the problem comes back because they have a very suppressed immune system. You see, in 3rd world countries, where 6/10 kids live in extreme poverty, this kids are plagued by worms almost since birth, but that doesn't make them autistic. They show a lot of developmental/health problems but not precisely autism. I think our little ones core problem to be the I.S., which doesn't allow them to fight back these recurring infectiomns properly. Parasites are pervasive, stubborn. Do u have a pet? I decided to get rid of my beloved dog due to the risk they represent in this aspect. What u describe sounds like a roundworm, right? The relationship between other microscopic infections and parasites is very complex, but l still think working on our kids I.S., not only on the infection itself, Can help them deal better w the whole picture. Guest guest
I think your right about this being a BIG issue for our kids. Also I don't recall where I read this, but it sounded like everyone needs to stay on a maintance dose of antiparasitic herb all the time, and at different times of the year, hit it harder. The article was quoting, the only way to stay truely healthy, preventing illness, cancer's, etc... So many people I have meet had cancer and later found out they had lyme. And I think they had lyme along but it formed cancers. I been wondering if they are in clusters and thats why they can hang on so long, that there are plenty of eggs hidden to hatch, whenever you hit the big worms there are still many to follow, because of the eggs. Do the meds and herbs work on eggs ? Would the Ph of our blood make the enviroment less likely for them to stay? I keep wondering what else. Clove oil rubbed on the skin daily/ eating cloves? We must be getting worms in our food/ water all the time, so its makes sense to do antiparastic herbs all the time, and do the bigger stuff several times a year. People with pets have to, so we should be doing it as well in some forms all year long. We need to keep this thought going and any ideas as well. Thanks everyone Allie > > Hi Caryn, > Just so, brainstorming, my opinion is that many of our kids fight multiple infections and infestations because, good as many treatments might be, the problem comes back because they have a very suppressed immune system. Guest guest
Wow Caryn, that's unbelievable! Aren't you fortunate to have lab kits on hand. > > I have been treating my son for 3 months on both an herbal protocol AND on prescription meds (alinia, ivermectin + pyrantel pomoate, albenza) and just 2 days after stopping the protocol, I found another worm. > > I found it just as my 4.5 year old son took off his pajamas and his diaper this morning.
