Guest guest
I had asked my chiropractor if he could figure out why I was always dizzy. Well, when I'm overweight I'm not dizzy, but if I try to lose weight, I'm always dizzy (not from skipping meals... but just from being under a certain weight). Anyway, he came up with a need for an adrenal supplement. I took it and it helped a little, but not as much as I needed. I saw someone somewhere mention " adrenal fatigue " . I'd never even heard of it. So, I bought the ebook " Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome " by . I took it on my trip a couple of weeks ago, and WOW!!!!! All of my lingering symptoms after lyme treatment seem to be related to adrenal fatigue. His book is very thorough with tons of great info on foods to eat/avoid, supplements that will help, etc... I was really excited to know that you can recover from this!! I was very impressed with the book. I would recommend this book to anyone with chronic fatigue or other lingering health issues. I've been wanting to improve my diet, so this is perfect timing for me. I've even started a blog with some recipes. I could use a little help, so please send me some recipes if you have any. They need to be healthy. No sugar, flour, gluten, casein, fruit, etc..... Here is the blog: http://adrenalfatiguerecipes.blogspot.com/ Here is Dr. 's website with a link to his book: http://www.adrenalfatigue.org/ One of the important things is to eliminate all stimulants - sugar (even fruit), caffeine, etc... in order to avoid further stress on the adrenal glands. ~
