Guest guest
FranselI wouldn't advice u to stop antiinflammatory medication so soon. But l would indeed ask Doctor to switch antiinflammatory from lbuprofen to Flurbiprofen, it is much more efficient. For naturals, l go for pycnogenol as long-term antiinflammatory, though the results might take time to be noticed. Guest guest
Modifilian and turmeric and even ginger root work wonders for us. With Modifilian and turmeric, we would take as much as 8 capsules a day if needed, but you have to work up to it since it also kills pathogens. If you Google, you will learn that turmeric has been found to be even stronger than prescription anti-inflammatories. The trick is taking enough. I would not really notice one capsule, but would take 4 twice a day and noticed a lot. I only take 2 twice a day now. Turmeric/Enhansa/Curcumin are very popular in the autism arena. See what you practitioner says about them. I got permanent stomach soreness after being on Motrin for one month. I fear it. I never had to take more that 1 capsule twice a day of Ginger Root to notice it's effects. I don't think taking higher doses would be wise since it very effectively thins the blood.
