Guest guest
I have been treating my son for 3 months on both an herbal protocol AND on prescription meds (alinia, ivermectin + pyrantel pomoate, albenza) and just 2 days after stopping the protocol, I found another worm. I found it just as my 4.5 year old son took off his pajamas and his diaper this morning. He bent over and I saw a worm near his anus. I grabbed it and gave it a careful inspection. It is mostly white, almost 1/2 inch long, but it has a black end with 3 rings around it. The black takes up about 1/4 of it's length. If it were all white, I would have said it was a pinworm, but I don't think it is. Anyone have any ideas? I am sending to labcorp b/c genova can never identify these and I have tubes and a rx for labcorp handy. (what things I keep in my son's bathroom- lots of test kits, etc.) Can you believe my son still has worms? It seems that the power of the worm is highly underestimated. Perhaps worms truly are at the heart of his autism? Caryn
