Guest guest
Some of the children, mine included, have numerous ear infections. They appear to be from excess fluid in their middle ear. I have read it could be from not enough oxygen flow. ly, in my family, it's from tickborne infections, which do appear to lead to less oxygen flow. Plus, chronic allergies and sensitivities lead to extra fluid. Once recovery efforts were started, the infections stopped. I think all it took was turmeric and ginger root to rid them. Maybe even just turmeric. Cod liver seemed to help as well. Those are the supplements we began our journey with, and they helped very tremendously. But, I would guess that many of the immune boosting, antimicrobials, and natural anti-inflammatories would help out a lot. I remember that fruit juice helped out a lot as well. It seemed that making the body more alkaline, in general, kept the extra ear fluid down. Love and prayers, Heidi N > > It's taken me a while to realize it, but my 3yo has chronic ear infections. Guest guest
My son just had an ear infection and his NP recommended Goldenseal drops 4 drops4 times a day and to take it orally the sameway. It worked like a charm. My son is CDC Lyme positive with all the company. He seemsto get frequent infections during the summermonths due to swimming and the water not drying out in the ears. Hope this helps.KelleySent from my iPhone Some of the children, mine included, have numerous ear infections. They appear to be from excess fluid in their middle ear. Guest guest
Thanks Kelley! What brand do you use? So that's 4 drops in each ear and 4 drops by mouth, 4x a day? Thanks, Bethany > > > > > > It's taken me a while to realize it, but my 3yo has chronic ear infections. Does anyone know of an herbal remedy, probably something systemic, that can help with this? Guest guest
Heidi, Thanks so much, we will get tumeric and ginger back on board, we had stopped because of a phenol concern and forgot to add them back in. What kind of juice did you find to be effective? Thanks, Bethany > > > > It's taken me a while to realize it, but my 3yo has chronic ear infections. Guest guest
Citrus, like orange and pineapple and any of the vegetable juices. Don't drink carrot juice straight. It has to be mixed with citrus because it can grow botulism which is killed by citrus. Don't be fooled by the fact that citrus is acidic because it turns very alkaline in the body.
