Hi all,

I need to find out if last night my son had seizures, so I was wondering if

anybody can send me a link to specific seizures or based on your experience tell

me what you think.

Lately my son is having really hard falling asleep in the nights and usually is

up until 12 midnight. Last night was different then any other nights - he wanted

to go outside in the yard at 12 am and of course we didn't let him and he

started crying so hard that as he was standing up he started having his body as

an arch (bending backwards) and he did this many times which really scared me. I

don't know if I remember correctly but I think I read somewhere that bending the

body as an arch means the child may experience seizures, am I correct? I looked

up in youtube for videos of seizures, but I didn't see any that resemble

anything that my son did. I requested phone consult with our doctor, but I don't

know when they will call me back and this waiting time of uncertainty really

bothers me. I even don't know what to do if I see something like that again.

He has been on Valtrex fo the past 3 months and blood tests show that he has

still very bad viral inflammation, so I don't know if Valtrex is helping or

making things worse. I am almost at a point thinking to stop everything we are

giving him, I am so scared.

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Krassi
