Chiropractor code for cranio sacral therapy for 3 yr old

Hi Amy,

I got in touch with a chiropractor who does cranio sacral therapy. Our insurance covers chiropractor. But the doc doesn't think the ins whould cover for a three year old unless he has a pain in the leg, back ,etc.

Amy and others, could u pls tell me what code the doc can use so that it is covered by insurance?
