I'm going to try this again, and hope the formatting comes out better this

time. Anyway, according to the table below, if I have Diabetes, and have

maintained a constant HbA1c of 9.0 for 15 years, my risk of getting

retinopathy is 88.69 percent! If I keep it at 7.0, for 15 years, my risk

becomes 10.53 percent. Still too high for me, so I choose to shoot for

below 6.
