ps....whatever you do, DO NOT USE most OTC nasal sprays as many of them have mercury in them (great...spray mercury right into the brain)

Here's a list to the FDA's "Mercury in Drug and Biologic Products" page....check out all the "nasal sprays" on the list......

I use the Xylitol spray daily too (along w daily sinus rinses)- but when I start to get a sinus infection I always take Oregano Oil capsules asap- this will kill it quickly. Another thing that also works is drinking a small amt of apple cider vinegar mixed w warm water a few times a day.be well-To:
