Misty,

Our all time favorite sinus infection treatment was intoduced to us by our GREAT

Herbalist. Remove the spray lid to a Xlear Xylitol Sinus Nasal Spray (I pry it

off with something thin like a nail file or tweezers lifting upward between the

seam) & add a dropper full of LDM-100....shake to mix then spray into your

sinuses a couple times a day @ 1st. This tackles viral, bacterial & fungal

issues all in one spray :o)

We were told Xylitol has some anti-viral/anti-bacterial properties as well as

the LDM100's properities. I now get the 3 pack...here's a link to see it:

ps....whatever you do, DO NOT USE most OTC nasal sprays as many of them have

mercury in them (great...spray mercury right into the brain)

Here's a list to the FDA's " Mercury in Drug and Biologic Products " page....check

out all the " nasal sprays " on the list......
