Lakes, rives, oceans, etc. are suppose to be great due to the minerals, sun, and

being grounded (allows discharge of electrosmog from the body). Many people

report their children lose symptoms just being close to the ocean and other

water bodies. Of course, the natural water bodies have their own risks

(amoebas, jelly-fish, etc.), so make sure you check on the particular area you

are swimming. I have wondered about our children catching things in public

pools, but the chlorine bothers me too much to consider them. I have not tried

out the alternative salt pools, so not sure how I feel about them. I am not

sure being in a public pool is any more contagious than using the public

restrooms our kids do at school and stores and such. I personally feel the more

sun, the better. So, if it's outdoors, than I would consider it.

Love and prayers,

I swim daily. I also am concerned about immunity and additional viruses.

The best advice i can give from a personal standpoint is to be very selective about the pools you choose.

Are you teaching him to swim ?

You can go to swimmingabout.com and locate a pool. it depends on the area you are in, but sometimes you can find a salt water pool or ozone.

i know in north of sf there is a salt water pool that is very well maintained.

sometimes the more exclusive pools are more expensive but worth it in the long haul.

also avoiding times where all the kids are in there..is probley a good idea. sometimes in the late evenings...its more chill.

With all the immunity issues, can our kids swim. Will they catch anymore viruse?
