Guest guest
Dear Olga,Are we talking about YL Oils here? It is hard to believe that anything is that universally good. How about for animals, too, especially for flea and tick repellant in the tropics? Suppose a diffuser would be necessary... Would love to hear from anyone with solid longterm experience with this. Perhaps rubbing Peace and calming or Lavander oil on his spine, temples, behind ears and feet when you take him on a trip or whenever he does it may help. Back them I was not aware that these oils were so good to calm anyone anxiety but now I use them in the whole family and they work immediately. Guest guest
Dear Olga I agree. When is very winey, in he goes to the warm bathtub with a generous dose of YL lavender oil. It is impressive how fast he calms down, I regard my son's olfactory development as very high, he is able to decide whether to try something new or not simply by smelling it from far. Allie, is your son perhaps reproducing the sound/vibration of the vehicle in motion? Can you try covering his ears w ear plugs? Will he tolerate headphones with some nice music? Makes me think of "stimming" to cover something from the outside which is annoying him. If it happens in motion only, he will then be OK in the classroom :-). The potential problem could be if he takes the bus, u know how kids can be so mean.
