We have the unsweetened and there is no strep strains in it. Chocolate is a major problem for my daughter. Glad he's doing better.

The strep strain is in the yogurt. It's right on the back of the yogurt

cup. It's not in the milk, at least it's not listed on the coconut milk

label anyhow.

Hmmm... we have suspected methylation issues. The yogurt seems fine for him and the ice cream as well. It looks like something specific to the chocolate coconut milk, but this a good point. Coconut also contains sulfur and if the child has a sulfur sensitivity from a CBS methylation mutation it can contribute to high sulfite levels which put me in a emotional tailspin.
