Hi all,

I've been reading a lot in my attempts to better understand the theory

of language & behavior that lies behind much of ACT. And thanks to

the ACBS web site I just came across a short, fun, & easy to read translation

of this theory into plain English.

It's not at all required for understanding or using ACT - but those who

like reading about psychology & science will enjoy it. The writer

is , a psychologist based in Denver. It's a two-parter on

his blog " The Iron Shrink. " Here's the URL for the first part:

I don't consider myself a psych geek (lol) but I thoroughly enjoyed reaching this article, and the second part which was linked at the bottom of the first part. I have wanted to dive into learning RFT but was somewhat afraid I'd be unable to comprehend it; this has changed my mind.

Thanks, Randy!Helena
